ORDER

The third respondent has floated a tender and the petitioner along with another had participated in that and they have also paid the auction money. Both the auctioners are running separate stalls. While so, some third party is appeared to be teasing the petitioner that both the auction money and also the benefit they get out of the auction have gone with the wind. The petitioners became jittery and have approached this Court for a direction to the second respondent to enquire into the matter. 2.Ms.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.As of today, no Authority has interfered with the petitioner running his business nor the third respondent, who floated the tender has come forward to question the petitioner. When no right of the petitioner seem to be in peril, this Court wonders why at all the petitioner had approached this Court.
