This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8396 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11265 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 that petitioners should report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
