This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 18.03.2022 in W.A.No.584 of 2022.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 18.03.2022 has been complied with. He has also produced proceedings dated 18.11.2022 of the 1st Respondent to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent and the proceedings dated 18.11.2022, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same, in the manner known to law. No costs.
