(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.4.2024 passed in W.P.No.11992 of 2024, the present contempt petition is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment has been removed.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
