ORDER

The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.4955 of 2024 dated 01.03.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the 2nd respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 5.It is submitted that in compliance with the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court, based on the petitioner representation on 10.10.2024, the second respondent herein went to petitioner's property along with revenue officials namely Tmt.PriyankaRevenue Inspector, Tr.Sudhakar-Surveyor, Tmt.Kalasha-VAO and I along with Sub Inspector of Police and 8 other police persons given police protection for surveying the petitioner land, after fixing boundaries on 12.10.2024, petitioner fenced his property and acknowledged the same.

3.The learned for the petitioner submitted that the counsel who filed the case is now been targeted. The learned counsel submitted that initially his name was added in a complaint that was given to the police. The complaint was closed after enquiry. Now a suit has been filed and in that suit, the name of the counsel has been added as a defendant.

4.In the considered view of this Court, the grievance that has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner will go beyond the scope of the contempt

petition. It is left open to the petitioner whose name has now been dragged into litigation to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 5.In the result, this contempt petition is closed. 18.10.2024 Index: Yes/No KP To 1.Mr.Srinivasa Perumal The Superintendent of Police Thiruvallur District.
