ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.130 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent in so far as the petitioner (third accused) is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur through e-filing on 11.07.2025.

3. Since adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
