Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to provide necessary police protection to demarcate and fence the petitioner's property on the basis of her representation dated 05.08.2019.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a police protection to demarcate and fence the property belonging to the petitioner.

2.It is seen from records that there is already a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a First Information Report is also pending at the stage of investigation in Crime No.373 of 2019. In view of the same, the directions as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.08.2019 and call the parties for an enquiry. If the respondent police finds that the issue involved, is a civil dispute, he shall relegate the parties before the competent Civil Court. However, if the third respondent is causing threat without any basis, the respondent police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
