Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direction in the nature of writ for bearing the respondents from erecting the High Tension Electric Towers in my lands in the following lands at New S.Nos.107/1 to 10, 107/12, 99/4 to 9, 99/14, 106/3, 106/6 to 8, 106/10 in Pathiri Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, without first considering of the petitioner's objections dated 23.08.2016, 31.08.2016 and 01.09.2016 addressed to the 1st, 3rd and 4th respondents herein and pass such further or other order.

Heard M/s.N.Mala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader, apearing for the first respondent, Mr.Benjamin George, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.M.Varum Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7. 2.It is agreed by all the learned counsels that the matter may be referred to the first respondent, who can exercise power under Section 10 r/w. 16 of the Indian Telegraphic Act. 3.In such view of the matter, the objection of the petitioner is referred to the first respondent. The other respondents also to whom the petitioner has raised the objection shall refer the same to the first respondent. On receipt of the aforesaid, the first respondent shall conduct an enquiry and conclude it within a period of six weeks thereafter, after due notice to the parties concerned.
