This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Mr.Suresh Sreenivasan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the 2nd respondent / Insurance Company and he has got objections in allowing the petition. Despite the receipt of notice, none represents the respondents no.1, 3 and 4.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 134 days is hereby condoned.
