The petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition for a direction to the 3rd respondent for disposal of the representation for compliance of the compensation amount to pay the petitioner as per the order of 1st respondent dated 04.10.2021 in S.H.R.C.No.7764 of 2019. 2/4

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the order of the 1st respondent, the petitioner received compensation amount. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.
