(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to record the fact that Special Power of Attorney dated 31.03.2022 is in force.

2. Heard Mr.P.R.Raman, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner.

3. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that Rishiruban Babu was appointed as the power agent of the petitioner herein and the petitioner has also executed a Special Power of Attorney dated 31.03.2022 in favour of the said Rishiruban Babu to that effect. It is further stated that by virtue of the said Special Power of Attorney, Rishiruban Babu is provided with necessary powers inter alia to conduct all legal proceedings on behalf of the petitioner.
