The above transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of F.C.O.P No.319 of 2021, filed by the husband seeking divorce, pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode, to the file of any Court situated in Tiruchengode.

2. The petitioner wife would submit that she is living with her aged parents and infant child at Thiruchengode, it is difficult for her to attend every Court hearing with her infant. Further, the petitioner is not in a position to travel all the way to Thiruchengode, to attend all the hearings.

4. Considering the reasons given by the wife and also taking into account the fact that the wife is residing within the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Court, Thiruchengode. The transfer sought for should be granted.

5. Accordingly, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. F.C.O.P No.319 of 2021, pending on the file of the Family Court at Erode, is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruchengode. The Family Court, Erode, is directed to transmit all the records in F.C.O.P.No.319 of 2021 to the file of Subordinate Court, Thiruchengode, immediately on receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
