ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass an award on the petitioner's appeal/claim petition dated 16.12.2021.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in this case, the award was passed by the 1st respondent as early as on 08.10.2025. Therefore, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Hence, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the award dated 08.10.2025 passed by the 1st respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
