This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 257 days in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the third respondent and did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 257 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the third respondent in the cause list. 5.Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
