This criminal original petition has been filed to register the complaint dated 15.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint, a FIR was registered in Crime No.222 of 2023 on 03.09.2023 for the offences under Sections 143, 294(b) and 506(2) of IPC. A copy of the FIR was also furnished before this Court.
