ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 408, 409, 468, 471, 477(A) and 109 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused are employees of Sembakkam Cooperative Housing Society and they are alleged to have mis-appropriated a sum of Rs.1,69,51,000/-. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has not paid the matured fixed deposit amount to the depositors and as such mis-appropriated a sum of Rs.10,50,000/-.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is a member of the society and that already Surcharge proceedings has been initiated against the main accused and properties worth more than Rs.10 Crores have been attached. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.19070 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 01.11.2021 has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the huge amount involved in the case and the gravity of the offence allegedly committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19070 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
