ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in D.V.A.No.83 of 2019 pending trial on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District to some other competent Court.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that Crl.O.P.No.22847 of 2019 has been filed seeking transfer of the case from the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore to some Court outside Coimbatore. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that during pendency of this Crl.O.P.No.22847 of 2019 parties had compromised before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
