The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2022 by appointing a Special Officer from CBCID or Crime Branch not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.
When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 9 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2022 is now available with the fifth respondent police and he seeks two weeks time for completing the enquiry.

Recording the same, the fifth respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, upon the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2022.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
