This petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the above appeal against the order in M.C.O.P.No.630 of 2020 dated 06.01.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, the Special District Judge, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Insurance Company. He has stated no objection to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and delay of 116 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list, when the matter is listed for admission.
