ORDER

This Application has been filed by the Official Assignee seeking leave to file documents and to receive the said documents as evidence.

2. In the affidavit filed on behalf of the Official Assignee, it had been stated that the first respondent Dr.M.Arumugam had filed the suit in C.S.No. 121 of 2014 for recovery of a sum of Rs.8.20/- crores.

3. The applicant was the second defendant in the suit. Written statement had been filed. It had been stated that the first respondent/plaintiff had tendered evidence and the matter is now posted for evidence on the side of the 1/3

applicant. It had been stated that documents are required to be marked DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

and C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

vsg on behalf of the applicant and therefore, this application has been filed. The list of documents include correspondences between the Official Assignee and also by the counsel for the plaintiff and statements of accounts.
