This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 26.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
