Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P. No.4759 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2099 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. U.GOWRISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner on 16.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.4759 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2099 of 2021. Again, this application has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to complying with the conditions.
