Crl.M.P.No.13243 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9020 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8170 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.242 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8170 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on summons and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
