Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.C1/2955/2016 dated 19.09.2016 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the name of the Petitioner for promotion as Superintendent on par with her junior the 2nd Respondent, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.
