O R D E R

The petitioner seeks early disposal of IA.Nos.88 of 2019 and 115 of 2020 in HMOP.No.168 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Court, Udumalpet. IA.No.88 of 2019 is one for interim maintenance filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. IA.No.115 of 2020 is an application to produce additional documents in the said applciation for interim maintenance. The main HMOP has been filed by the petitioner / wife seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty.

2.Heard Mr.M.Sivavarthanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary. 3.Considering the fact that HMOP itself has been pending for nearly three years and the application for interim maintenance is pending for more than two years, I am of the opinion that a direction should be issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the applications as well as the HMOP within a time frame. Accordingly, the learned Sub-ordinate Judge, Udumalpet is directed to dispose of IA.Nos.88 of 2019 and 115 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the order in this revision. HMOP.No.168 of 2018 shall be disposed of within a period of six months thereafter. 4.In view of the above, this civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
