ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 5(1), 6 of Protection of Children from sexual offences Act 2012 and 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006 in Crime No.209 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the mother of the victim girl lodged a complaint to the respondent police on 07.10.2021 and stated that the petitioner is student and the victim is studying 12th standard. The defacto complainant further stated that the victim girl and the petitioner were developed intimacy with each other and during the month of April 2021, the father of the victim girl saw the victim and the petitioner when they were compromising position at their. The complaint further reveals that the petitioner and the victim were having frequent contact through cell Phone. On 27.09.2021 the complainant went along with the victim girl to her mother's house and left the victim there and returned to her house. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
