This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.64 of 2004 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.64 of 2004, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore and the same was also taken on file as CC No.44 of 2017.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
