O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to survey his property comprised in Survey No.255/11D, Puthoor Village, Sangagiri Taluk, Salem District by considering his online application dated 21.10.2023.

2.According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property from one Suresh under a sale deed dated 08.09.2023 and has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner submitted an online application in Application No. 2023/0123/08/000051 seeking survey of the land. He also paid necessary charges for the same. However, the application of the petitioner for survey was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the 1st respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2023 will be considered on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2023 in Application No. 2023/0123/08/000051 and pass final orders on its own merit within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
