Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents particularly that of the 1st respondent dated 12.8.2003 vide No.M/C14/STD/PCO Booth/MAS/03 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.3.2004 and revise the rental demand in accordance with law.
