The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 28.06.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.8952 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.11820 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
