ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC in Cr.No.214 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 27.09.2021, the petitioner has misused the logo and GST Identification number of GARVI-GURJARI, an enterprise of the Gujarat Government which deals with handloom and handicrafts products from the state of Gujarat and set up an exhibition for sale of these products in the name of GARVIGURJARI. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the the petitioner herein is the sole accused and he has misused the logo and GST Identification number of GARVI-GURJARI, an enterprise of the Gujarat Government. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner that he has misused the logo and GST Identification No. of the Gujarat Government and that this case requires a detailed investigation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
