The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in the para 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.16560 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, while granting bail to the petitioner, this Court directed the petitioner to stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Tirunelveli Town Police Station daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, the petitioner finds it difficult to stay at Tirunelveli and observe the condition for the reason that it is expensive.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In the said circumstances, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
