This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.37 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in Crime No.37 of 2011 and charge sheet is also made ready. For filing the said charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the learned Magistrate is directed to receive the same and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
