ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent pending in C.C.No.319 of 2011 on the file of the learned * Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent / de facto complainant represented that the dispute between the parties was amicably settled and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent / de facto complainant has also submitted that the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.319 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned * Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee. respondent / de facto complainant has also filed an affidavit to that effect. Thus, the learned counsel for the respective parties pleaded that the proceedings pending in C.C.No.319 of 2011 on the file of the learned * Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee may be quashed.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the proceedings pending in C.C.No.319 of 2011 on the file of the learned * Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, as against the petitioners are quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
