This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in preferring Criminal Appeal before this Court against judgement passed in Spl.S.C.No.32/2023 dated 22-04-2025 on the file of the Fast Track Court exclusively to deal with offences under the POCSO Act at Puducherry.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 17 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
