This Petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased 3 rd respondent Irudayamary, namely, 1) Priya @ Christina Priya, 2) P. Suresh @ Immanuel, 3) P. Sathish @ Peter Rock as further respondents in the captioned Writ Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing this Writ Miscellaneous Petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the Writ Petition No.25213 of 2021 and list the matter on 14.08.2025. 28-07-2025 bga
