This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the revision petition in Crl.R.C.SR.No.38557 of 2025 against the order passed in C.M.P.No.893 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, Vellore District vide order dated 17.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 14 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
