Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
would suffice, if this Court passes an order directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the Application made by the petitioner, dated 6.7.2012, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the Application made by the petitioner, dated 6.7.2012, if it had not been disposed of, till date, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as respondents 3 and 4, and the other persons concerned, if any. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the Application, dated 6.7.2012, to the 2nd respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
