2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, the Nilgiris, to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.953 of 2017 and S.T.C.No. 635 of 2014 respectively, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
