This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.

No.15817 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
