When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Pravin Rajesh,

Inspector of Police was present before the Court. He has filed an affidavit and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "8. I respectfully submit that after completion of investigation, on 21.08.2025, the Sub Inspector of Police have filed the final report vide e.filing No.LTN20230002398C202500241 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinganallur, Chennai and the same was taken on file vide CC.No.203/2025. The next date of hearing is 27.11.2025 for issue of service."
