O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.38 of 2022 pending investigation before the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the FIR was registered for offence under Section 498A of IPC against the husband, father-inlaw and the mother-in-law. The investigation has been completed and the draft final report is also ready and in the final report, the names of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are dropped. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is going to be filed only as against the 1st petitioner. 4.In view of the above, except recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
