This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to implead the respondents 2 to 9 herein as respondents 2 to 9 in the Crl.R.C. No.916/2023.

2. Heard Mr.B. Jawahar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocte (Crl.Side), who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
