In the light of the proceedings dated 30.10.2025, it appears that the order passed in the writ petition for conducting survey in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, has been done and hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature and accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
