Considering the fact that the entire part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, where the investments had been transferred to the bank account of the 1st defendant at Chennai and where defendants 2 and 4 are residing and it is only the 3rd defendant who resides in Thiruvallur, this application seeking leave to institute the suit against the 3rd defendant has been filed.

2. Taking into account the fact that the cause of action has arisen within the Jurisdiction of this Court, the application is ordered as prayed for.
