This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records connected with FIR in Crime No.102 of 2011 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2011 has been completed. He further submitted that since it is a case for land grabbing, the Charge Sheet has to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengelpattu.
