Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 reported that the respondents have already complied with the order dated 20.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29789 of 2012 and the petitioner was appointed vide order dated 11.11.2025 and has also joined the post.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same and further reported that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court.
