When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2023 was considered and final order was passed by respondent in Na.Ka.No.V3/3723274/2025, dated 03.10.2025. The copy of the order passed by the respondent is also produced before this Court and the same was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
