This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.47/2023 on the file of Inspector of Police, All women Police Station, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District to 6th respondent CB-CID to conduct further investigation into the matter in accordance with law.

2. On instructions, Mr. R. Vinothraja, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submits that the 3rd respondent has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the Juvenile Justice Board, Cuddalore, on 09.08.2024. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
