These two applications have been filed by the applicants/2nd and 3rd defendants i) to reopen the evidence of PW1 and ii) to recall the PW1 witness and consequently permit them to cross examine him.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to post the matter before the Additional Master-I, for recording evidence on 07.09.2023.
